 April 2012 STLDA is partnering with Oakbridge Community Church to transform an old car dealership into a contemporary church building. The plain exterior is being brought to life with color accents and modern surface textures. Congregants are excited about moving into this new fashionable space.   April 2012 One of the various STLDA's multifamily projects has recently been featured on HGTV network, on "House Hunters". The Loop Living project appeared during the first 25 minutes of the show. The house hunter chose the condo designed by STLDA. HGTV gave high praises to the architect’s ability to design a spacious two bedroom condo with less than 1000 square feet. Who We Are St. Louis Design Alliance was incorporated in 1977 and has been under present ownership since 1982. Our experienced professional staff is composed exclusively of individuals holding architectural degrees. In order to maintain continuity and consistency all projects are assigned to one of our teams in the office from start to finish. The size and depth of our staff allows us to maintain production schedules even on substantial projects but without the cumbersome management layers typically associated with larger firms. Our Practice Since the 1980’s our client’s projects have frequently taken us outside of the St. Louis metro to locations throughout the United States. We are presently registered in more than fourteen states across the country. We are proud that our resume includes a long-term relationship with several clients.
