 01.10.2012 Three STLDA not-for-profit clients have received grants in the latest round of DHUD awards for new low-income senior housing. Lutheran Senior Services will complete the final phase of its unique Village at Mackenzie Place which combines income supported units with market rate units. National Church Residences will increase its presence in St. Louis with a new facility in an underserved area of St. Louis County and Merced Housing will be starting a second project in San Antonio, Texas “on the heels” of the completion of their first senior community.  01.23.2012 Confluence Prep Academy continues its commitment to inner city high school students by completing its final phases of the transformation of the old TWA Call Center in Downtown St. Louis. STLDA’s assignment was to integrate a rooftop gymnasium and support facilities to complete the build-out while being on a tight budget and schedule.   |

Who We Are St. Louis Design Alliance was incorporated in 1977 and has been under present ownership since 1982. Our experienced professional staff is composed exclusively of individuals holding architectural degrees. In order to maintain continuity and consistency all projects are assigned to one of our teams in the office from start to finish. The size and depth of our staff allows us to maintain production schedules even on substantial projects but without the cumbersome management layers typically associated with larger firms. Our Practice Since the 1980’s our client’s projects have frequently taken us outside of the St. Louis metro to locations throughout the United States. We are presently registered in more than fourteen states across the country. We are proud that our resume includes a long-term relationship with several clients.
